A note from our founder
There was a stretch of my life where I couldn't train. Couldn't lift. Couldn't do the one thing that had always been my outlet.
The stress had nowhere to go. The progress stopped. I'd look in the mirror and not recognize the person looking back. There were plenty of moments where I lost hope that I'd ever feel normal again, let alone get back to doing what I loved.
But I did get back.
And that first time back in the gym, something clicked that I hadn't expected. The passion came back harder than it ever was before. Because losing it taught me something I hadn't fully understood when I had it. Fitness wasn't just something I enjoyed, it was something I needed. It was stress relief, momentum, confidence, clarity. It was a version of myself I didn't want to live without.
That realization is why this brand exists.
Forty Five & Company was built for people who get it. Who know what it feels like to show up on the hard days. Who understand that training is about far more than how you look. It builds who you are.
My goal is simple - to build a brand and a community worthy of that. Premium gear you'll be proud to train in. And every quarter, a chance to come together, move, and give back to the organizations fighting to keep people in the game.

Forty Five & Company was built on that belief. Named after the iron that starts every lift — a 45lb bar, a 45lb plate — this brand was born from a deep, personal understanding of what fitness means when it's taken away. And what it means when you get it back.
This is a brand for people who move with purpose. Who take pride in the process. Who show up even when it's hard, especially when it's hard.
What We Stand For
We believe the gym floor is one of the greatest equalizers there is. It doesn't care who you are, where you came from, or what you're going through. It just asks if you're willing to put in the work.
We design premium performance gear for people who answer yes to that question every day. Gear that moves with you, holds up to the training, and makes you feel ready the moment you put it on.
But we also believe a brand can do more than sell clothes. Which is why every quarter we bring our community together around a fitness challenge and donate 100% of proceeds to a health and wellness nonprofit. Different cause each quarter. Same mission - to give back to the community that gives so much to all of us.
