Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every detail. Because just like your workouts, the details are where the difference is made.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

For returns requesting a refund (not an exchange), a flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Your first exchange shipment per order is free, we’ll cover the return shipping and send your new item at no additional cost.

If you need to make additional exchanges on the same order, shipping costs will apply.

How to start

To begin a return or exchange, use our self-service return portal (accessible from your order confirmation email or order status page). If you have questions, reach out to us at info@fortyfiveandcompany.com.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
